  • IGNITE Shows Gender Chip Film
    At Microsoft in Redmond, Washington January 12, 2008

    Saturday, January 12th, 2008, Microsoft is hosting the 1st Annual IGNITE Membership Conference. In addition to the screening of the Gender Chip film, the conference highlights include young women sharing their IGNITE experiences and how these experiences have created new directions and opportunities in their lives. U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell is the keynote speaker.

     


  • Gender Chip's National Summit Meeting
    Michelle R. Clayman Institute for Gender Research September 18 - 19, 2007

    In mid-September, the Gender Chip project is hosting a gathering of academics, practioners and professionals from across the nation to help organizations train adults to use the documentary to empower young women interested in careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Hosted at Stanford's Michelle R. Clayman Institute for Gender Research, this event will take place from September 18th - 19th.
